    MRS. WILKINSON (96 YEARS OLD) GAVE THE QUILT TO MRS. JONES WHO WAS HER QUILTING TEACHER. IT HAD BEEN ON THE PIANO AT MRS. NEWTONS HOUSE FOR 80 YEARS AT LAKE ECHO. MRS. WILKINSON SAYS THAT IT WAS ORIGINALLY MADE FOR MINISTER. THERE ARE MANY DATES ON THE QUILT BUT THE LATEST EMBROIDERED ON QUILT WAS 1906 - A885 PLUS. ORIGINALLY FROM CANNAMORE ONT. NEAR CHESTEERVILLE - APPRAISED 2001 AT OVER 2000 MUSEUM PIECE.
