She died in Montreal in 1978, lived at 55 Ducarmel (was academie) in Danville with her husband Simon Boisvert, a tailon. Eva made quilt tops out of the swatches and remnants from her husband's trades. Then 1952 Aubrey + Alice Olney (Parents) bought the multi unit home (they had been renting upper apartment) and moved downstairs where Eva had lived. Eva + simon moved to Montreal. The quilt top was left behind in garage and Alice eventually made it into a quilt (hence top made prior to 1952) that was used when Katherine + Sheilagh (Doreen's daughters born 1970+71) were infants.
